HMO Re-development
In this project, we took on the challenge of revitalizing a 9-room HMO occupied by 7 tenants. The local licensing team had denied the renewal of the license due to the property’s deterioration over the years. The landlord, considering a sale, decided to invest in the property to enhance its condition, given the tenants’ long-term residency.
This project posed a significant challenge, given the occupancy of 7 individuals in the property and the extensive scope of work required. Tasks included installing a new suspended floor in the communal/dining area and undertaking a complete refurbishment, making it a complex yet rewarding undertaking.
